Slow computer? Confusing email? A printer that will not behave? I help seniors and small businesses with patience, plain words, and a price you know before I start.

How it works
- Tell me what is wrongUse the form. No tech words needed. "It is acting funny" is a fine description.
- Pick a time that suits youYou choose from the times I really have. I confirm, usually within a day, and you get a reminder before I come.
- I fix it, and explain itI work at your pace, show you what I did, and tell you the price before I start. You pay afterwards.
